By requesting a commission from me, you are agreeing to the terms below
You are a consenting adult (of legal age).
I sell digital, black and white art, for personal use. I don’t sell physical copies or originals.
PayPal only. Currency $USD. Full payment is expected after sketch approval.
I DON'T consent to my art being collected, sampled or used in any way, automatically or manually by any and all Machine Learning (AI) systems. This includes NFTs.
Your characters and stories remain yours, but you must credit me when sharing. Commissioned art remains my property, as I am it's creator.
You can not profit from my art (books, merch, etc...). Commercial work is subject to additional terms and a contract.
I will refund full price, only if I cannot complete your project.
